Your website submission is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. Obtain and review your written quotation and booking conditions before making payment.
Confirmation and payment
Full payment is required to confirm your booking slot. The team confirms availability, your preferred start time, guest count, inclusions and final price before payment.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days before the original trip and are subject to availability. Contact YachtSG to request a new date. Ask the team to confirm cancellation and refund conditions before payment.
Weather and itinerary
Bad weather does not change the scheduled departure or end time. Routes and activities remain subject to weather, sea conditions and crew instructions.
Late arrival
Late arrival does not change the scheduled departure or end time. Arrive 15 minutes before departure and contact YachtSG promptly if delayed.
Final quotation
Published prices are in SGD. Confirm any taxes, delivery arrangements, extra hours, guest capacity and special requests in the final quotation. No payment is taken by this enquiry form.
