The booking form collects your name, email address, contact number, preferred date, group size and any requests you choose to share. YachtSG uses these details to respond to your charter enquiry and arrange a booking.

When you submit, the website processes your enquiry on the server and sends it to info@yachtsg.com through Resend. A separate acknowledgement is sent to your email address in your selected language. The receiving email providers, Resend and the hosting provider process information under their own policies. If you use the separate WhatsApp contact link, WhatsApp processes the message you choose to send under its own policy.

When booking management storage is configured, enquiry details are also stored privately in Upstash Redis for the YachtSG team to manage bookings. Submitted enquiry details remain in the team’s email service and the email copy sent to you. Technical access logs may be processed by the hosting provider. A direct WhatsApp link prepares a message on your device; you decide whether to send it.
