Onboard & charter details
Air-conditioned saloon and cabins; indoor and outdoor Bluetooth audio; karaoke; microwave; fridge; ice, cooler box and 3L water; stand-up paddleboard; large floating mat; two toilets with showers; BBQ pit; two snorkel kits. Meet at the marina lobby 15 minutes before departure. Route and water activities depend on conditions. Boat rules: no red wine, footwear or glassware onboard; no water activities after 7pm.

Booking and arrival
Hanako Luxuries makes bookings subject to availability and full payment. Arrive 15 minutes before departure; arriving late does not extend the charter. These are the operator’s terms, not YachtSG payment instructions.
Cancellation and rescheduling
At least 15 days before the charter: cancellation or rescheduling without a charge. Cancellation 7–14 days before: 50% of the charter fee is forfeited. Less than 7 days before: 100% is forfeited. Rescheduling is not allowed within 14 days.
Paid places for guests who do not attend are non-refundable. Food packages are non-refundable. The source does not define a precise cutoff hour or day-count method; confirm those details before relying on a deadline.
Weather and safety
The captain decides whether conditions are safe. If weather prevents the charter, the operator allows a free reschedule within two months, subject to availability. Weather or sea delays do not add charter time.
For technical or safety cancellation, the operator lists refund, upgrade or postponement options. Dangerous conduct may lead to cancellation without compensation. Water activities need crew permission and end at 7 p.m.
